1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and participating in our programs (including the Gaurav Samman Samaroh), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.

2. Use of Funds (Donations)

All donations made to the Akhil Bhartiya Adarsh Meghwal Mahasabha Sansthan will be utilized strictly for our 13 constitutional objectives, including but not limited to:

• Construction and management of Community Buildings (Dharmshala, Schools).
• Scholarships for students and coaching for competitive exams.
• Welfare of widows, orphans, and the elderly.
• Animal welfare (Gaushalas) and Environmental protection.

3. Refund Policy

Donations: Any donations made to the Sansthan are voluntary and non-refundable. Please ensure the amount and purpose are correct before finalizing the transaction.

Registration Fees: Fees paid for event registrations are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the Sansthan.

4. Code of Conduct

Members and participants are expected to maintain the "Bhaichara" (Brotherhood) and "Sadbhav" (Harmony) of the community. The Sansthan reserves the right to cancel any registration or membership if an individual is found engaging in activities that harm the community's reputation or social fabric.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, logo, and documents published on this website are the property of Akhil Bhartiya Adarsh Meghwal Mahasabha Sansthan. Unauthorized use of this material is strictly prohibited.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of the use of this website or the activities of the Sansthan shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shri Ganganagar, Rajasthan.

7. Modifications

The Sansthan reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
